We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our growing warehouse team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying labels and necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed to move inventory.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to picking, packing, and shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, which may include some lifting.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a picking/packing or warehouse role is preferred. Ability to read and interpret order forms and labels accurately. Must be able to stand, walk, and move efficiently for extended periods, with the ability to perform occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements is essential. Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse logistics. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. High school diploma or GED preferred. This role is vital for our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our valued customers.
