The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus is to help the organization technically transform its current services by leading edge technology insertions. To accomplish this, we are charged with development of new designs, its implementation, and operation of the new and or enhanced services. Over the life of the contract, we will drive continual service improvement by tech modernization, wide area networks (WANs), unified communication (UC), Video telecommunication and Streaming services. CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst and Visualization Engineer in support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) customer in the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities:
Data collection, normalization, and visualization activities associated with a diverse set of Data; consisting of Network, streaming and UC performance, cost, service location, system warranty, and incident ticket data. Performing data queries against monitoring systems leveraging a variety of programming languages (C#, SQL, Java, Python, and/or R) Overseeing data ingesting into enterprise data mining solutions, and generates custom visualization and dashboards to answer todays and future business objectives Generates visualization and dashboards suited to the purpose of the data query Qualifications:
IAT II, Splunk IT Service Intelligence Certified Admin credential TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph Demonstrated experience using Splunk ITSI and Tableau data mining solutions Demonstrated experience integrating data from multiple network monitoring/health tools (i.e., HPNA, NNMI) with Splunk and ServiceNow 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelors Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
