About
Join our dynamic fulfillment team in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is central to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt to shipment. You will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including picking, packing, and preparing orders, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. We emphasize a culture of safety, requiring all team members to follow strict protocols and utilize appropriate PPE. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and required.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of required PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets.
- Regularly handle lifting of products, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of general logistics principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace.
