Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage before packaging.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
