About
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of tasks related to order fulfillment. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and adherence to all safety protocols is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment.
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, reporting any discrepancies.
- Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all warehouse organization standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
