Become a key player in our Fulfillment operations as a Fulfillment Associate in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient processing and dispatch of customer orders. This role is at the heart of our logistics chain, ensuring that our products reach customers accurately and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, inspecting items for quality, and preparing them for shipment. A strong focus on accuracy and speed is essential, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. All employees are required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure their well-being. This position involves standing for extended periods and requires the ability to perform moderate Lifting of products up to 40 lbs. You will be part of a collaborative team working towards shared goals in a dynamic warehouse setting. We are committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement in all aspects of our logistics. Essential duties:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, with proper training.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through careful handling.
- Work effectively as part of a fulfillment team.
