We're looking for motivated individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to fulfilling customer orders with precision. As a Picker/Packer, your main duties will involve accurately selecting items from our inventory based on order sheets or scanners, and then meticulously packing them for safe transit. You will also be responsible for labeling packages and preparing them for shipment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to quality. Collaboration with colleagues is key to meeting our daily order volume targets. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety . All employees are required to use designated PPE and follow established safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment. The job involves significant physical demands, including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, so you should be in good physical condition. Understanding the flow of goods within our Logistics operations is beneficial. We provide comprehensive training and ample opportunities for career advancement within our growing company. Inspecting picked items for any damage or defects. Carefully packing items to prevent damage during shipping. Applying correct labels and shipping information. Preparing packages for courier pickup. Maintaining an organized and clean work station. Adhering to all Safety guidelines and using appropriate PPE . Supporting team efforts to achieve productivity goals within our Logistics framework.
