About
Who We Are:
At McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality, we create memorable experiences through thoughtful food, service, and design. Led by Larry McGuire, Tom Moorman, and Liz Lambert, MML is known for refined hospitality rooted in storytelling, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. We proudly own and operate all our properties, selecting only projects that reflect our vision and values.
About the Role:
MML Hospitality is seeking a highly organized, design-forward, and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee all OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) procurement across our diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, private clubs, and new hospitality concepts.
This role blends operational precision with a strong creative sensibility. Because every MML project is driven by a unique story and design perspective, the Procurement Manager plays a key role in ensuring that OS&E choices — from tabletop pieces to guestroom tools to back-of-house equipment — support each property's aesthetic vision and elevated guest experience.
Working closely with our Design, Concept Development, Culinary, and Operations teams, this leader helps translate creative intent into thoughtful purchasing decisions. Our openings range from boutique hotels to high-energy restaurants to private social clubs, and the ideal candidate brings insight into how OS&E selections impact the look, feel, and function of each concept.
Relevant hospitality or retail experience is essential. A background in culinary operations or food styling can also be highly valuable, particularly when selecting items that enhance food presentation or service. This role also requires someone capable of operating at scale — managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships for major hotel procurement projects while maintaining MML's high standards for design and quality.
Why You'll Want to Work at MML:
- Competitive salary
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) plan

- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and finance teams to forecast needs and monitor spend
