*Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee engineering operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in industrial manufacturing. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of equipment, adherence to safety standards, and continuous improvement of processes. The Engineering Supervisor will lead a team of engineers and coordinate projects to optimize plant performance.
*Duties*
* Supervise and coordinate engineering activities across electrical, mechanical, and industrial systems.
* Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage, and high voltage electrical systems.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
* Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades, equipment installations, and process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture within the team.
* Train and mentor engineering staff, fostering leadership development and technical proficiency.
* Collaborate with other departments to support manufacturing operations and facility management needs.
*Qualifications*
* Proven supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with strong leadership skills.
* Extensive knowledge of electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), Proficiency with schematics, electrical diagrams, CMMS software, and project management tools.
* Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment using tools like ohmmeters.
* Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical schematics is essential.
* Strong understanding of maintenance management practices including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
* Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and collaboration across departments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,850.26 - $90,142.25 per year
