About
We are seeking a diligent Material Handler to join our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the movement and organization of materials throughout our facility. This position is integral to our logistics processes, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to dispatch. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment, and ensuring that inventory is stored correctly and safely. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to workplace safety . You must be able to perform manual tasks, including significant lifting , and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and adherence to all company policies, including the correct use of PPE , are essential. Responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation, and staging materials for further processing. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Transport materials to and from designated warehouse areas.
- Organize and stack inventory according to established guidelines.
- Assist with receiving and verifying incoming shipments.
- Prepare materials for outgoing shipments.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE .
- Support overall logistics functions within the warehouse.
- Perform repetitive manual lifting as required by the job duties.
