We are seeking motivated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This is a critical position within our warehouse operations, ensuring that our customers receive their items quickly and in perfect condition. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. We emphasize a culture of safety and provide all necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
