We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse upkeep. Your commitment to safety and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory with care.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, after proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and handling of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and support overall logistics efficiency.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies or issues immediately.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE , such as safety shoes and vests, as required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic Safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
