We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our busy facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking and shipping preparation. You will ensure that inventory is managed accurately and that our warehouse remains a safe, clean, and efficient space. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Store materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Prior warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift. Strong work ethic and reliability. Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse safety principles. A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is essential. High school diploma or equivalent.
