Join our fast-paced warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our logistics team. Your primary responsibility will be accurately picking items from our inventory to fulfill customer orders and then securely packing them for shipment. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. You'll be using scanning equipment to manage inventory and will need to maintain a high level of accuracy throughout the process. The job requires you to be on your feet for most of your shift, perform consistent lifting of items up to 40 pounds, and move with efficiency. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are required to follow strict safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory shelves using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for damage and ensure correct quantity.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
