We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Sacramento, California. This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. We value teamwork and a positive attitude. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
