Join our dedicated team in Baltimore, Maryland, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our fast-paced logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse inventory and meticulously packing them for shipment. Your duties will include reading pick lists or using scanning equipment, locating items on shelves, carefully placing them into appropriate containers, and ensuring that products are packaged safely to prevent damage during transit. You'll also be responsible for labeling packages, performing quality control checks, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety. We value team players who can work diligently and independently, demonstrating a proactive attitude towards assigned tasks. Prior experience in a warehouse setting or in order fulfillment is beneficial but not required; we provide comprehensive training. The ability to handle physical demands, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, is essential. Strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the mandatory use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products based on order details.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Commitment to safety practices and use of PPE.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
