We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, ensuring that goods are handled, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a wide range of duties, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and preparing shipments. Our commitment to a safe work environment is paramount; therefore, all employees must strictly follow Safety procedures and wear the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, often of heavy items, so physical fitness is essential. You will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks and contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain inventory records.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
- Follow all Safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to consistently perform heavy Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Safe work practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
