Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in our San Francisco, California location. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be involved in a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact our customer satisfaction. Safety is paramount in our operations; therefore, you must adhere to all safety regulations and utilize the appropriate PPE at all times. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent lifting of items, bending, and prolonged periods of standing. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute and grow within our company. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against manifests.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas efficiently and accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate material handling equipment as needed.
  • Strictly follow all safety guidelines and the correct use of PPE.
  • Perform duties that require regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of goods.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving significant lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
