This role is central to our operations, involving the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from picking items to packing and preparing them for shipment. You will work within a dynamic logistics environment, ensuring that our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. We prioritize Safety above all else, requiring all associates to adhere to strict protocols and utilize the necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Process orders efficiently to meet fulfillment targets.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines, including correct Lifting practices.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous. Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Must understand and comply with all Safety regulations and PPE requirements. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting.
