In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, responsible for efficiently processing and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities as directed.
- Contribute to the overall smooth functioning of our logistics department.
- This position requires standing for extended periods and involves careful lifting.
- Ensure all picked and packed items meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, or packing is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle goods.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and general logistics.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to wear necessary PPE.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
