We are hiring Material Handlers for our busy warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in the movement of goods throughout our facility. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, and packing materials, ensuring that all items are handled with care and accuracy. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, supporting both inbound and outbound shipments. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Identify and report any damaged materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all logistics and warehouse operational standards.
- Be prepared for tasks involving lifting and movement of goods.
- Ensure accuracy in all material handling tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics operations.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
