We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be essential to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as you will be handling various types of merchandise. You will work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily targets and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper rotation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specified requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Adhere to all lifting guidelines to prevent injury.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and wearing required PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
