About
We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, picking and packing products, and preparing shipments. We prioritize efficiency, accuracy, and above all, safety. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is committed to upholding our high standards. Responsibilities:
- Processing inbound shipments and stocking inventory accurately.
- Selecting and gathering products for customer orders using electronic devices or pick sheets.
- Packing products securely for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing orders for carrier pickup.
- Participating in inventory cycle counting and reconciliation.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Strictly adhering to all Safety regulations and best practices.
- Wearing and maintaining all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
- Identifying and reporting any operational issues or deviations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of inventory control principles.
- A strong focus on Safety and compliance.
- Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Punctual and dependable.
