Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Material Handler to join our dynamic logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products. This role is crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse and ensuring timely delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods through our supply chain. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Moving materials and products to and from designated storage areas using manual equipment or powered industrial trucks.
  • Accurately picking and packing orders according to customer specifications.
  • Performing regular inventory counts and assisting with stock rotation.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assisting with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
  • Reporting any damaged goods or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
  • Complying with all warehouse safety protocols to minimize risk.
  • Contributing to team goals and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of Safety best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
