You will be responsible for identifying items from warehouse stock, verifying their accuracy, and then carefully packing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order specifications using scanners or lists.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean packing station.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to meeting team performance goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and shipping processes.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory.
