About
We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage and oversee our warehouse operations in Boise, Idaho. This role requires a leader who can ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse functions. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and optimizing workflows to meet operational goals. Your duties will include managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and timely delivery of products. A key focus of this position is maintaining a safe working environment through rigorous adherence to safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all staff. Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and workflows.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with lifting and moving of inventory when necessary.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination or management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to workplace safety and experience implementing safety programs.
- Familiarity with PPE requirements and safe lifting techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
