We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and integrity from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include unloading shipments, verifying packing slips against purchase orders, inspecting items for damage, and accurately recording received inventory into our system. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are paramount. You will work closely with vendors, drivers, and internal departments to ensure a smooth flow of goods into the warehouse. Maintaining a clean and organized receiving area is also a key part of this position. Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of required PPE will be strictly enforced. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics network and to grow within a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or receiving environment, be comfortable with basic computer systems, and possess excellent communication skills.
