Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, performing physical inventory audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and implementing inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency. You will play a key role in optimizing our logistics operations by ensuring that inventory data is precise and reflects actual stock levels. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software. A thorough understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain principles is essential. We prioritize Safety, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict Safety guidelines, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While the role is primarily analytical, some physical tasks may be involved, such as moving inventory and performing counts in various warehouse locations. This may include moderate Lifting. We provide training on our specific systems and Safety protocols.   • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
