What You’ll Do
Lead nursing operations and ensure quality outcomes.
Oversee staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners.
Drive performance improvement and manage adverse events.
Participate in budget planning and serve as MDS coordinator.
Promote education and clinical competency across the team.
What We’re Looking For
RN license in Washington State or eligibility to obtain.
Proven leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic skills.
Passion for person-centered care and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Education
Graduate of accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Valid RN license in the state employed
Valid CPR certification
DNS-CT or CDONA, optional
Valid driver’s license
Experience
3-5 years successful experience as a Director of Nursing or equivalent position in long-term care facility preferred
