*About the Role*
As our *Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Coordinator*, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our workplace safe, sustainable, and compliant. You’ll make a real difference every day — helping ensure our people, products, and processes meet the highest environmental and safety standards.
You’ll work across departments, supporting engineering, production, and management to build a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies and procedures
* Conduct safety audits and risk assessments
* Support and review incident and accident investigations
* Analyse data to identify trends and recommend improvements
* Monitor environmental compliance, including waste and energy management
* Provide guidance and training to teams across the business
* Maintain documentation and prepare reports for internal and regulatory purposes
* Drive continuous improvement in safety, sustainability, and efficiency
*What We’re Looking For*
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re proactive, analytical, and passionate about safety and sustainability.
*You bring*
* A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
* IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent recognised H&S qualification
* 3+ years’ experience in EH&S or industrial safety (ideally in manufacturing)
*Technical strengths*
* Skilled in *Microsoft Excel* (PivotTables, data analysis, reporting)
* Strong *data analysis & reporting* abilities
* Experience with *EH&S software and compliance systems*
* Working knowledge of *ISO 14001*, *ISO 45001*, and relevant UK regulations
* Confident in *risk assessment and auditing*
