Monomoy Mechanical is a growing, family-owned HVAC and plumbing company proudly serving Cape Cod. We are seeking a skilled and motivated *Massachusetts-licensed Journeyman/Journeywoman Plumber* to join our service and installation team.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and light commercial projects. You will work alongside experienced plumbing, heating, and HVAC professionals to deliver high-quality craftsmanship while maintaining strict compliance with Massachusetts codes and safety standards.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, valves, and water-heating equipment
* Perform rough and finish plumbing on new construction and renovation projects
* Diagnose plumbing system issues and complete repairs in a safe, efficient manner
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
* Collaborate with HVAC technicians, electricians, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
* Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe-threading equipment safely and effectively
* Perform material handling and lifting in accordance with safety guidelines
* Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes, OSHA standards, and company quality expectations
* Participate in an on-call rotation as required
*Required Qualifications*
* Valid *Massachusetts Journeyman Plumbing License*
* Proven experience in plumbing service and installation
* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and jobsite procedures
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Comfortable working in residential and construction environments
* Ability to travel throughout *Cape Cod*
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
*Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)*
* Experience with *boilers, water heaters, and hydronic systems*
* Knowledge of *heating, air conditioning, or heat pump systems*
* Previous experience in service work, remodeling, or multi-trade coordination
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
