As a QA Automation Test Engineer Salesforce and Five9, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through robust automation testing. You will be a valued member of our Quality Assurance team, collaborating with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient solutions. In this role, you will: Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript. Perform functional, integration, and API testing for Salesforce or Five9 platforms. Validate secure messaging, email routing, and related capabilities. Utilize test management tools such as Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, RTC. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Based on this role's business requirements, this is an on-site position in a client or Cognizant office in Hartford, CT. What you need to have to be considered: 57 years of experience in Automation QA Testing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Five9 platforms. Strong scripting skills in Selenium, Java, and JavaScript. Experience with API testing and data integration validation. Solid understanding of Agile principles. These will help you stand out: Healthcare domain knowledge. Experience with secure messaging and email routing solutions. Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until January 9th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $104,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
