We’re seeking a clinically confident associate with strong general dentistry skills, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow in a supportive yet independent setting. Confident & Quality-Focused – Your margins, diagnostics, and restorations are high quality. Interested in Cosmetics: You are interested in growing in sleep apnea solutions, cosmetics, veneers, and dentures. Team-Oriented – You help where it’s needed and never act like you’re above anyone. Excellent with Patients – You know how to explain treatments clearly and connect with patients in the community. Perform all basic dental procedures. Collaborate on implant cases with the owner doctor. This is a second-generation practice with over 40 years of experience in the community and a proven track record of growth. You’ll be working alongside a doctor who understands the needs of both new and seasoned dentists, and who’s committed to building confidence through hands-on, supportive guidance. We believe in quality dentistry, autonomy with support, and creating an environment that makes patients feel like family.
