Join our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse as a Warehouse Associate! We're looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to support our diverse logistics operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll perform a range of tasks including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. The role requires physical capability, including consistent Lifting and the ability to be on your feet for the duration of your shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and correctly.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and containers.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and supplies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
