About
We are looking for reliable Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse, accurately picking them, and packing them securely for shipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to workplace safety. We provide all necessary PPE and emphasize adherence to safety protocols. This position requires the ability to perform consistent Lifting and prolonged standing. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations based on order specifications.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm order accuracy before shipment.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Operate equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks safely.
- Assist with inventory tasks and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse functions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
