Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials
- Transport inventory to and from designated areas within the warehouse
- Stack and arrange goods in a secure and organized manner
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and free from hazards
- Comply with all company directives, policies, and strict safety standards
- Wear all mandated PPE correctly throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Demonstrated experience operating various types of forklifts
- Physical capability to perform tasks including occasional Lifting and maneuvering of materials
- Solid understanding of warehouse logistics and safety procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities
- Commitment to maintaining a secure work environment and following all **safety** guidelines
