We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers for our facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this essential role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a wide range of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to Safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company procedures and policies related to warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of goods, up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
