Join our fast-paced Distribution Center in Miami, Florida, as a Distribution Center Associate! We're seeking dedicated individuals to support our essential Logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for delivery. Maintaining a high level of Safety in all operations is paramount, and you will be provided with all necessary PPE . This position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs. You'll be working as part of a dynamic team committed to efficiency and accuracy in our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements.
- Stage orders for shipping and ensure correct labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE properly.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and checks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and wear designated PPE .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
