You will be responsible for picking products, packing them securely, and ensuring they are ready for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively as required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability for frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
