You'll operate various types of warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment as required (training provided).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Perform tasks that include regular lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player mentality.
