Your responsibilities will encompass receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You'll operate various types of warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a clean and safe work environment. We place a high emphasis on safety, and all associates must comply with established safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE and safe lifting techniques. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment as required (training provided).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
  • Perform tasks that include regular lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
  • Support the overall logistics and supply chain processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
