We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our logistics operations by performing a variety of tasks essential to the smooth flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as general warehouse maintenance. This role requires a strong commitment to Safety, exceptional attention to detail, and the physical capability to handle frequent Lifting and prolonged standing. We maintain a high standard of Safety and expect all associates to diligently follow established protocols and wear appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately put away inventory in designated locations.
- Pick orders based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack orders securely for safe transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including proper labeling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and the overall facility.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure operational efficiency in our logistics environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 45 lbs, consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices and commitment to wearing PPE.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
