We are seeking organized and driven individuals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will encompass picking items from inventory, meticulously packing them for shipment, and preparing packages for dispatch. This position is fundamental to our Logistics success, contributing directly to customer satisfaction through your efficiency and accuracy. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, providing all necessary training and personal protective equipment (PPE ) to safeguard our employees. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from various warehouse locations.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability of Lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE .
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of general Logistics processes.
