Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse.
- Picking and packing orders for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training/certification provided where applicable).
- Conducting inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Following all safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Ensuring efficient flow of goods through the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Understanding of safety procedures in a logistics environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime when necessary.
- Team player with good communication skills.
