Join our fast-paced distribution center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick orders, prepare them for shipment, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your responsibilities will include reading order sheets, locating items within the warehouse, carefully packaging products to prevent damage during transit, and ensuring all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled. Accuracy and speed are key performance indicators for this role. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring timely delivery of goods to our customers. This position requires a commitment to safety, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to all warehouse safety guidelines. You must be comfortable with tasks that involve frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour, with this Picker/Packer position starting at $17.50 per hour.
