Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately stock items into designated warehouse locations using inventory systems.
- Pick items for customer orders with speed and precision.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for departure, including proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, upholding strict Safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Follow all established company procedures and regulations.
- Utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring significant manual labor, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing work demands.
- Consistent use of appropriate PPE is mandatory.
