Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the receiving and stocking of inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage products for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform tasks that involve consistent lifting and manual handling of goods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
- Awareness of and adherence to safety regulations and the use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
