Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the logistics industry? Our fulfillment center in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. Precision and speed are key, as you'll be using scanning technology and following detailed order instructions to ensure accuracy. Your contribution ensures our customers receive their orders efficiently and in perfect condition. We foster a safe working environment, and all team members must strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting methods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for any damages or defects.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to outgoing packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- A desire to contribute to the success of our logistics operations.
