As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including proper Lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervision.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required, but warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Commitment to Safety and the proper use of PPE. Team player with good communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding environment.
