Join our vibrant warehouse team in Sacramento, California, as a Warehouse Associate. This is a dynamic and hands-on role integral to our supply chain and Logistics operations. You will be involved in a wide array of warehouse activities, including receiving and stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. We value efficiency, teamwork, and a dedication to exceptional service. Your role will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands promptly. A strong commitment to workplace Safety is paramount, and all employees are required to use designated PPE . This position requires physical capability, including frequent standing, walking, and Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as trained and certified.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, racks, and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE .
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals within our Logistics framework.
- Perform duties involving physical exertion, including considerable walking, standing, and Lifting .
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols.
- Willingness to wear and use all required PPE .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
