Job Summary:
Our state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Austin, Texas, is looking for motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This dynamic position involves a variety of tasks, including order picking, packing, sorting, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Label and prepare packages for shipment, verifying all information.
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks (training provided).
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Follow all lifting procedures to prevent strain or injury.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Dexterity to handle small to large items.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
